Setting Boundaries

Setting boundaries gives us an opportunity to make choices for ourselves. We get to choose what we are okay with and what we will not tolerate. This is an opportunity to let others know what we feel comfortable with and what upsets us. For once we have control of our lives and ourselves as we continue to learn and understand ourselves.

The need to people please even if it is not in your best interest, the fear of being abandoned and the constant pattern of engaging into and maintaining unhealthy relationships.
